This year-long commitment includes topical classroom training and coaching sessions for the first six months, and one-on-one coaching support through the remainder of your Traction Coaching year.

Picking up where Rapid Start leaves off by reinforcing and adding to topics learned in Rapid Start, agents will get a firmer foundation in both industry and sales knowledge.

● Personal messaging - How to stand out in a crowd and convey that message.
● Nurturing and building your sphere - traditional and creative ways to build contacts.
● Market analysis refinement - know when to dive deep and when to give a data overview.
● Houses 101 - Know the anatomy of a home, common styles and common issues.
● Open house conversion - It’s not just being prepared, it’s having great conversations.
● Excellent seller service - Role play listing appointments, punchlists and preparations.
● Effectively working with buyers - Preparing them for their purchase
● After the offer - Best practices for inspections, negotiations and escrow.
● Business planning - Creating your roadmap for the year. Building great habits for great Realtors
Plan to attend monthly or bi-monthly coaching and check-in meetings or calls. We want you to build a habit of good practices. Once established, we’ll reinforce them through coaching:
● Building weekly and monthly plans - use available tools to plan ahead and focus your time.
● Tracking and reporting - know the results of activities to know what works.
● Be accountable for your time - taking a look at effective work vs. busy work.
● Work with your strengths - turning what you enjoy into a career benefit.
● Revisit your business plan - if it’s not a live document you’re not using it right.
